Henry's Obituary
FAIOLA, Henry - Of Flint, age 91, died Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at his residence.
A military graveside service will be held 10:30am Wednesday, June 19, 2019 at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, Michigan.
Cremation has taken place.
Contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice.
Henry was born in Flint on April 5, 1928, the son of Anthony and Felicia Faiola. He served in the United States Marine Corp and United States Army. Henry was a member of the 101st Air Bourne in the US Army with 82 jumps.
Surviving are 2 children, Debra Klein and husband Jerry Bowman of San Jose, California, and Brenda De La Cruz of San Diego, California;
daughter-in-law, Kinda of Flint;
4 step-children, Peggy and husband Steve Hughs, Gary and wife Joy Rodgers, Carol and husband Fred Stegall, and Patty and husband Dennis Crawford;
many grandchildren and great-grandchildren;
brother, John;
and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruby, sons, Michael and Anthony; parents; brother, Ernest and sister Mary Lerini.
